Both Le Ame and Thea, located at The Global Ambassador hotel, are offering Thanksgiving dining options. Keep in mind when booking that each restaurant is offering their own prix fixe menu as well as seating times. And Thea has two seatings, during which you can make reservations, with the first offering a prix fixe menu and the second being a la carte options.
Arizona Biltmore | Buffet

Check in for brunch in The Aztec Room, grab a cocktail, enjoy live music, and watch some football before heading into the resort’s original dining hall, The Gold Room. In The Gold Room you’ll find a feast complete with a full carving station, 95th Anniversary raw bar, classic Thanksgiving sides, and more.
Royal Palms | Prix Fixe Menu or Buffet

The Royal Palms is offering a couple of different dining options for Thanksgiving Day. T. Cook’s is hosting a 3-course prix fixe plated meal, while the banquet buffet will be hosted in the ballroom. Both dining options require reservations.

If you’re looking for a to-go option, they have a couple of different family meal packages that include either a raw, uncooked turkey or a fully cooked turkey with all the fixings and dessert.

If you grew up in Phoenix, I’m sure you’ve heard of at least one person who’s had a Thanksgiving meal from Chompie’s. Their dine in dinners are served by the plate, but the to-go options are extensive. You can get full dinners that serve up to 15 people and include all of the sides, an individual plated dinner, or you can get everything a la carte, including the turkey.
